We are looking for an experienced facilitator who can help a newly formed workgroup find a common direction and establish strong collaboration. The team consists of approximately 18 employees from three different organizational parts who will together staff and operate Kulturhyllan, a new cultural meeting place. The assignment aims to create a safe and effective start through teambuilding and facilitated group processes that lead to concrete common working methods.

• Plan and execute a teambuilding initiative for the entire group within the framework of a retreat.
• Lead and facilitate exercises and dialogues that strengthen trust, collaboration, communication, and common working methods.
• Convey practical knowledge about group dynamics, such as phases, roles, psychological safety, conflict management, and collaboration across organizational boundaries.
• Create conditions for the group to agree on clear agreements and working principles for everyday collaboration.
• Develop a brief implementation plan for the initiative (goals, agenda, methods, and planned activities).
• Summarize the implementation afterward in a brief written feedback with observations at the group level and recommendations for maintaining the effect.

• At least 3 years of documented experience in planning and executing teambuilding and/or facilitated group processes for workgroups.
• Documented experience in facilitating groups with at least 10 participants and creating high participation.
• Documented experience in conveying knowledge about group dynamics in a practical and pedagogical way.
• Experience in working systematically with goals, plans, and follow-up.

• Experience with assignments in public operations or politically governed organizations.
• Experience working with teams assembled from different professions/organizations and supporting collaboration across boundaries.
• Ability to handle unforeseen situations while maintaining safe process leadership and clear direction.
• Ability to create an engaging working format where participants leave with concrete tools.
